Elmen - Stablalm
The Stablalm lies at 1412 m above the Lechtal village of Elmen. The alp is known for its excellent view of the upper and middle Lechtal. The destination can be reached via a gravel road from Elmen. The tour to the Stablalm starts in Elmen at the Stablparkplatz near the Edelbach. The starting point is very easy to reach by car. There are several free parking spaces available. The starting point can also be easily reached by the hiking bus, which stops a few hundred metres from the car park. The path follows a slight gradient along a well signposted gravel path. After about half an hour's drive you reach a smaller rock tunnel and after three quarters of an hour's drive you reach the Stablalm. The difference in altitude is about 450 m and the distance covered is about 5 km. There is the possibility to stop at the Stablalm and at the Stablalpe snack station just below.
