The starting point from Jochweg is at the Hägerau waterfall or in the opposite direction at the new bridge in Walchen. First you cross the drain of the waterfall over a small pedestrian bridge. After a few meters you will see the Kneipp facility. From now on, a narrow path runs along the southern side of the river Lech. The trail runs relatively flat with a smaller gradient, for example on the eastern edge of Hägerau. The entire hiking trail runs in the alluvial forest right next to the river Lech. The Hägerauer Jochweg ends at the new bridge in Walchen. The way back can be started on the other side of the Lech along the cycle path.
